We normally ship same day order is received. Orders received after 2:00 pm Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

Occasionally, arrival time can take up to 45 days for international items to arrive to certain countries. Perhaps it's stuck in customs. Please understand this is out of our control. Please do not ask us to mark items as "Gifts" as it's highly illegal.
