Remark: Please check the dimension of the muffler listed in the specification against the actual space in the tail pipe section of your vehicle to make sure there's enough clearance to weld this muffler on. We recommend buyer to take their car to muffler shop and show them the actual dimension of the muffler such that they would be able to tell you if the muffler can be welded onto the car or not.

Please provide picture of the item you received damaged, within 48 hours, please contact us to file a FedEx/UPS claim for the damaged item(s). Within the next few days, FedEx/UPS will make 3 pick-up attempts to bring the package back to their station for inspection (5-8 business days inspection time required from FedEx/UPS). A replacement is sent out immediately once the package arrives to our warehouse. Please retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. The buyer is responsible for claiming all damages incurred while shipping with the carrier.

If you refuse the package from the carrier at the time of delivery or the package is undeliverable, you will be charge for the return shipping fee and 20% restocking fees. Shipping charge will be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of our company error.
