Pages: Good to very good with some water staining, minimal foxing and soiling, (please see pictures).
Binding: Good to very good. Not quite as tight as it once was but still intact with no loose pages.
Hinges: Very good, sound and flexible. 
Hardcover: Good with some wear, (please see pictures).
Spine: Very good with only mild wear, (please see pictures).
