All returns must be returned in the same condition as it was when received and must include a copy of the invoice. They must include all documents and tags that were included with the watch. Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized by any other jeweler. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the same method used in the purchase. When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended. All returns must be filed before 14 days; after that time, we are no longer responsible - no exceptions! All returns must be inspected and approved by us before the return is finalized.
