This cleaner is designed to remove light dust only. It cannot repair a damaged, worn or faulty laser.
Some devices may show “No Disc”, “Disc Error” or may not recognise cleaning discs. This does not necessarily mean the cleaner is faulty, as compatibility varies between different makes and models.
There may be no message on the screen confirming that the cleaning process has taken place.
Please do not repeatedly use the disc if your device cannot recognise or play it.
Compatibility is not guaranteed with all slot-loading drives, games consoles, car stereos, laptops, Macs or Blu-ray players. Please check your device manufacturer’s instructions before use.
This product will only help where playback problems are being caused by light dust on the laser lens
