Would customers please be aware that the cost stated as postage for items, in addition to covering postage/courier charges and packaging, also has to contribute towards the time taken to prepare, package and to take the items to the dispatch depots or post office (depending which service is used).  We try to be fair in the prices quoted and if multiple items are ordered adjustments are made to the charge.  If this isn’t done automatically and more is charged than is required we try to either refund or adjust the amount prior to payment.  Please call or email if you have any queries relating to this, but please do not mark down our feedback for this reason as it does have a knock on effect to the fees we have to pay and may therefore result in price increases being necessary.  Charges are clearly stated before completing the request to purchase and should be taken into consideration as part of the cost of the item ordered.
