PENNGRADE 1®
Partial Synthetic SAE 20W-50 High Performance Oil

Designed to offer higher performance engines the cold temperature operational benefits of an SAE ‘20W’ engine oil while providing the desired film strength; sealing abilities; bearing, crankshaft, piston ring and valve-train component anti-wear protection of an SAE 50 weight oil at normal engine operating temperatures.

PENN-GRADE 1® High Performance Oils

PENN-GRADE 1® High Performance Oils are specially formulated using high quality PENN-GRADE base stocks and select additive technologies to meet the stringent lubricating demands of high-performance, highly stressed, street and racing engines. They deliver excellent shock load and high temperature protection to heavily stressed engine parts including bearings, camshafts, rings, and pistons. They reduce internal friction allowing for increased horsepower output while maintaining their strong lubricating film protection even under the most demanding torque and extreme temperature conditions. These high performance formulations also provide excellent antifoaming and shear stability characteristics, exceptional high temperature protection from thermal breakdown, superior film strength, and strong anti wear properties.

The term “100% Pure Pennsylvania Grade Crude Oil” has long carried with it an industry connotation for being one of the best sources of high quality lubricant base stocks in the world.  Our BRAD PENN® refinery, the oldest continuously operating lube oil refinery in the United States, still refines 100% Pennsylvania grade crude oil.  PA grade crude oil is a very thermally stable paraffinic crude oil which contains no asphaltic constituents.  This makes it an ideal choice from which to refine premium quality base oils.  Because we use only one crude stock, our refined products are of consistently high quality and performance.

Penn Grade 1® High Performance Oils are formulated using a unique base oil cut from our tower, which gives our     Penn Grade 1® High Performance Oils exceptional film strength.  This unique base oil causes our Penn Grade 1®High Performance Oil to cling tenaciously to engine parts to minimize wear during high engine torque loading and/or periods of heavily stressed operation such as those experienced during competition.  This same oil ‘cling’ helps prevent ‘dry-start’ conditions to minimize wear even after the engine has been sitting idle for extended periods.

PennGrade 1® High Performance Oils also contain highly effective detergent and dispersant additives to guarantee exceptional engine cleanliness as well as oxidation and foam inhibitors that offer protection against thermal degradation and air entrainment.

In addition to our unique base oil cut, increased concentration of “zinc” (zinc dialkyldithiophosphate a.k.a. ZDDP) provides outstanding anti-wear/anti-scuffing protection for engines employing either ‘flat tappet’ or roller cams.  PennGrade 1® High Performance Oils have been evaluated by a number of premiere camshaft manufacturers with tremendous success. Many are now recommending our PennGrade 1® High Performance Oils to provide outstanding protection for their ‘flat tappet’ or roller cams.

    If you checkout and start over, you will not receive a shipping discount and your extra items will be shipped in multiple packages. If you decide to make additional purchases again after your 1st checkout, you must contact us so we can re-calculate your new Shipping Costs and there will be a 2.50 processing fee.

RETURNS

 

1- All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. 
    NO RETURNS ON OIL or LUBRICATES.
2- The Original Freight on new returns may be deducted from the refunded amount if the original sale had FREE Shipping and a Purchase of equal amount is not made.  New Shipping charges will also be applied, FREE Shipping will not be included on second shipment. 

Please note: In some cases, a restocking fee of 15% also may be deducted from the original amount if items are not in new condition no refund will be given. Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
