They  measure approx  approx 7 inchs x 4.5 inchs , the notes height ranges from 30mm, 40,, 65mm

THIS IS A FANTASTIC MOTIF that is specifically  made for us.

All you need to do is peel of the sticky side and place on the garment then press with a household iron or a press and the rhinestones melt the glue and adhere to the fabric. then you just peel of the plastic and hey presto the design is affixed. (apply heat for 15 to 20 seconds on both sides of garment). All items come with easy to follow instructions.
