SPECTRUM newspaper 2XL Toledo University rainbow T-shirt XXL Ohio logo 90s LGBTQ

This is a previously-owned, short-sleeved, double-sided, white, adult-double extra large (2XL) T-shirt with "Spectrum" printed on the front and back.  It measures 24 inches from underarm to underarm across the front and is in fair shape (Fruit of the Loom brand, 100% cotton).  There is an area of discoloration on the sleeve -- see picture...

"The Spectrum" was a short-lived, privately-funded newspaper designed to be an alternative to the school-owned "Collegian."  It was published by Michael Miller (Editor in Chief of the "Toledo Free Press") and featured a bevy of writers who would go on to establish "The Glass Eye."

On the other hand, this shirt is generic enough to possibly refer to something else -- a sports team, an independent business, gay pride, etc…
