Doctor Cox is a physician who, as he says, just got in on the tail end of the business. He combines an unusual sense of humor and an extensive acquaintance with people’s hindermost parts to write a genuinely enjoyable book. Many of the laugh porvoking experiences, and we suspect a few lies, the “Rear Admiral” has told when acting as Master of Ceremonies or After Dinner Speaker. His greatest thrill comes when the orchestra plays his theme song, “Red Tails in the Sunset”… Description: This is an EXCELLENT copy of this very funny illustrated book that is inscribed and SIGNED by the author!

This is a great copy of this book, almost like new in many respects. Overall, this book is in excellent condition. The bright red hardcovers are showing very little wear with only very faint, light rubbing and in excellent shape. The corners are super nice and sharp. The spine has the author, title and publisher in beautiful and brilliant and super sharp print. The author has inscribed and signed this book on the title page, and there is a very light pencil mark on the ffep. This book is free of marks, otherwise. The front and back pastedown pages have light yellowing/foxing. The inside pages and the binding are in excellent and super clean condition. There are no torn or missing pages. The pages are clean, clean, clean! The dust jacket shows considerable rubbing and wear on the edges and corners, but is in very good condition. See the photo in this listing. The back is slightly better than the front of the dj.
