Here is more information regarding each yearbooks condition:

1949: Original owner was Edgar A. Baer. This yearbook is in Very Good+++ condition. The hardcovers are showing only very slight rubbing wear on the corners, and spine top and bottom. There is very light soiling on the back hardcover, very minor. The binding and pages are in excellent condition, nice and tight and very clean inside. The original owner (Edgar A. Baer) inked his name and address on the first page. This yearbook appears to be free of markings, otherwise. A really nice, vintage yearbook. 158 pages.

1950: In Very Good+++ condition, the hardcovers are in great condition. One edge has a few very small, minor tears (the largest is approximately 1/8”). The corners have light rubbing but are very nice and sharp The binding and pages are excellent, and the inside pages are super clean. This book appears to be free of marks. 122 pages.

1951: In Very Good+++ condition, the hardcovers show some very light edge and corner wear. The binding and pages are excellent, and the inside pages are super clean. This book appears to be free of marks. A really nice book. 137 pages
