Incredibly detailed, 20-piece hand-carved Camphor Wood Nativity Scene.

This highly collectible set was beautifully crafted by traditional artisans in the famous Dongyang (Zhejiang province) region of China. It retains its lovely, camphor wood aesthetic.

Condition Details (Please Read)

* Aesthetic Condition:

Excellent. The intricate, carved details across all figures, animals, trees, and the stable thatch work are crisp, clean, and free of cracks.

* The Angels (Defect Note):The small structural dowel pegs on the flat bottoms of the two rooftop angels have snapped off flush with the wood. They are otherwise completely intact.

-Display Fix: As shown in the listing photos, they can still easily be stood up perfectly on the stable roof using a tiny pinch of temporary mounting putty (like Blu-Tack or QuakeHold), or the wood can be easily drilled and re-pegged if you are handy with woodwork.

Stable: condition is sturdy no scratches but is missing front top and bottom rails and a star at the top.(please review photos

This rare set is being sold strictly AS-IS to account for the angel pegs and manger condition. Please examine all detailed photos closely. It will be packed with extreme care and shipped securely to protect the delicate carvings. Thanks for looking!
