Payment is due within 3 days of close of auction when paying via PayPal &
within 10 days of the close of the auction if being
mailed in.
If you will be unavailable at the end of the auction, please notify us to make other arrangements.

Shipping:
Domestic
Items are usually shipped with in 24-48 hours of receipt of
payment. Personal Checks must clear our bank before the item will be shipped,
which is normally 10 days (weekdays excluding holidays). We do not typically ship on
Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays, although occasionally we do ship on these days
when possible to do so.
Winning Bidders are responsible for paying all shipping and
handling costs. Shipping and handling are not refundable once an item has
been shipped. Most listings will specify flat rate shipping, some listings
require a quote or use of the shipping calculator provided in the listing.
Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail (All 50 states) unless
another method is specified in the listing. Contact us for a shipping quote to, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or for shipping Internationally.
If an item is being shipped UPS then it can not be delivered to a PO Box.
Insurance is required in the event your package is lost or damaged in transit.
It is either included in the shipping charges or listed separately,
depending upon the listing.
If paying with PayPal, items will be
shipped to the confirmed address only. If you need it drop shipped
then please send in your payment.. We reserve the
right to waive this policy on a case by case basis.
We make every effort to ship your item to you quickly and to keep
all items in stock at all times. Occasionally, due to situations beyond
our control, we will be temporarily out of stock of an item. In such rare cases you will be notified, and most items are ready to ship within
7-10 business days of being out of stock. If an item will be out of stock for a
period longer than that stated above, we will give you the opportunity for a full
refund should the wait be an inconvenience.
Some items are routinely drop shipped directly from the
manufacturer due to weight, size, or in
an effort to save you on shipping cost and or shipping time. Large freight
items are frequently drop shipped.
International
International Bidders are welcome! If you wish to
use Paypal, you may email us for approval. In general, we will accept
PayPal from buyers in Canada, The UK, Germany, France, Italy, Western Europe,
Australia, New Zealand and Japan as long as you have a feedback score of 20 or
greater with zero negatives. Otherwise you can mail in payment to us in US
Funds drawn on a US bank, Western Union Money Orders are accepted.
Due to the complexities of international shipping and the customs
forms that have to be filled out, we now ship
these orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Of course we do try to ship these
out on other days when the situation allows us to squeeze them in with our
domestic shipments.
International packages are shipped either Air Parcel Post
(usually 7-10 days), Global priority Mail (usually 4-7 days), or Global Express
Mail with tracking (typically 3-5 days). Please note that delivery times
vary depending on your country, your local postal system, customs, and various
other factors, and that typical shipping times are transit times and are not
estimates from the time of purchase. We have zero control over your parcel
once it has left the US, and over 99.9% of the time packages arrive in a timely
manner and with out problems. We insure all packages to cover the
occasional mishap or lost package. We will ship registered air mail or
Global Express if you need tracking. Email us for a quote.
International bidders are responsible for any and all
duties and taxes due at point of delivery. We do not
falsify customs forms so please do not ask us to do so.
Many countries (especially Canada) are now routinely opening and delaying
packages marked as "Gift" and the subsequent fines and or legal
consequences are not worth the few dollars saved.
Costs vary by weight and ship-to location, but are often provided for in the listing for
some destinations.
Email us for a shipping quote to your country if it is not specified or if
you wish to combine multiple items.
Shipping Discounts
We do offer shipping discounts on multiple items. Email us at
auctions@carstuffetc.com for a quote
before the end of the auction if a multiple item discount is not specified in
the listing. We routinely go through closed listings and
combine shipping when there are multiple winnings for an eBay user ID when
possible. We
can not combine items that are paid for separately, so if you want the shipping
discount please wait to pay until you receive the combined invoice. If
discounts for shipping multiple items are specified in a listing, then feel free
to edit the invoice manually to reflect the proper shipping amount.
Some items may not be able to be combined due to weight, size, or in cases where
an item requires drop shipping.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
1) Are you a Authorized Sony Dealer? Yes we are! All Sony mobile products are new in the original factory sealed packaging (unless specifically stated otherwise) and are
therefore eligible for a one year warranty through Sony USA. (All new Sony Product is shipped with USA warranty cards) We do not deal in Sony "Grey" market or out of channel merchandise which requires shipping to Japan for warranty service, or is often
sold with out any form of Sony warranty.
2) Can items won on eBay be returned to Carstuffetc?
In most cases we do accept returns. If an item can not be returned to us,
it will be specified in the particular listing. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we offer you a money back guaranty
with the following stipulations: We will accept returns as long as the item
is in the original packaging, with all original paper work, parts, wiring, etc.
and the item is returned within 15 days of receipt of the item. The
package must contain your contact information, item number, eBay user ID, and
details specifying whether it is a return for credit or refund. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. The restocking fee is waived if the item is sent back for replacement or for credit on an item of equal or greater value. DOA items will be replaced during the
15 day return period. After 15 days of receipt defective items need to be sent to the
manufacturer for repair or replacement. In some cases we will be able to
assist you with getting a replacement from the manufacturer.
3) Do you offer local pick up? At this time
we do not offer local pickup.
4) What are the shipping costs for an item up for auction?
In most cases shipping cost for an item is
specified in the listing. Shipping quotes will be given for those items being shipped outside the US
where shipping is not specified. Some auctions or listings use a shipping calculator.
5) Where does CarStuffetc ship product?
Some listings only ship within the United States. Most listings ship worldwide,
although we do have restrictions to which countries we can accept Paypal from.
Some high risk countries require pre payment through Bidpay and shipping with
tracking (USPS Global Express or Registered Air Mail). Feel free to email us for a shipping quote if you are an International bidder
and shipping is not specified for your country. 6) What form of payment does CarStuffetc accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, through PayPal only. We also accept United States Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Checks drawn on US Banks, and personal checks (US Banks Only). All
orders are held until checks clear our bank. (Usually 10 business
days) We accept BidPay for international bidders where we cannot
accept PayPal, and for domestic bidders too who prefer to use the service.
7) What is your feedback policy? We prefer to leave
positive feedback at the conclusion of the
transaction, when both parties are satisfied. We have a semi automated
system which will post positive feedback when it is received. This allows
us more time to answer emails and perform other time consuming tasks, so your
cooperation with this is much appreciated. We do routinely leave positive
feedback regardless of whether or not it is received, about twice a month, so leaving us
feedback is not required in order for us to leave you feedback. It does
speed up the process though, and with our volume it is the easiest way to let us know you have
received your item and are happy with it. We reserve the right to change
this policy at any time as the need arises, however.
