The Pager No.2c from 1979 is a rare piece of post office telecommunications history that comes with a belt clip for easy carrying. This pager, likely used for sending and receiving important messages, represents a piece of technology from a bygone era when pagers were a popular method of communication. With its unique design and vintage charm, this item would be a valuable collector's item for those interested in the history of mobile phones and communication devices.

This pager is in the British Telecom Archive No. 0998.

Tone Pager, one of the earliest types of Radio Pagers introduced by the Post Office starting in 1979!

This vintage pager has NOT been tested! I do-not have the correct size batteries. Cosmetically in fantastic condition, all buttons look to work, and battery compartment cover slides well. The battery compartment looks visually clean. The belt Clip is still attached.

This is an unusual collectable item for anyone that likes early telecommunications devices.
