• Items are usually shipped the day payment is received.  Personal Checks must clear our bank before the item will be shipped.

• We do not do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  If paying with PayPal, items will only be shipped to the confirmed address only, there are no exceptions!

• We make every effort to ship your item to you quickly.  Occasionally, due to multiple hits on our eBay Store and Web Site, we will be temporarily out of stock of an item.  In such rare cases you will be notified, and most items are ready to ship within 3 days of being out of stock

1) Are you a Authorized Sony Dealer?
Yes we are! All Sony mobile products are new in the original factory sealed packaging (unless specifically stated otherwise) and are there for eligible for a one year warranty through Sony USA.  (All new Sony Product is shipped with USA warranty cards)  We do not deal in Sony "Grey" market or out of channel merchandise which requires shipping to Japan for warranty service, or is often with out any form of Sony warranty.

2) Can items won on eBay be returned to Carstuffetc?
Yes. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we offer you a money back guaranty.  We will accept returns under the following conditions: The item must be in the original packaging, with all original paper work and wiring, etc. within 30 days of auction close.  There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.  The restocking fee is waived if the item is sent back for replacement or for credit on an item of equal or greater value. DOA items will be replaced during the 30 day period.  After 30 days (Sony Products) defective items need to be sent to the Sony Repair Center nearest you for repair or replacement (as per the terms of the Sony Warranty). 

3) If I win an item, can I pick it up locally?
No. At this time we do not offer in-store pickup. 

4) What are the estimated shipping costs for an item up for auction?
Shipping cost for each respective item is listed in the auction.  Shipping quotes will be given for those items being shipped outside the US.  Some auctions use a shipping calculator.  (Only on auctions that are open to international bidding)

5) Does CarStuffetc combine shipping discounts?
We do offer shipping discounts on multiple items when they are shipped from our location.  Some items, especially larger items that must be shipped freight are usually drop shipped.  In these cases we can not offer a shipping discount.  Email us at auctions@carstuffetc.com during the auction or at auctions end for a combined multiple winnings shipping quote.

6) Where does CarStuffetc ship product?
Many items we will only ship within the United States. When stated in the auction, and generally for smaller items, we will ship Internationally.  Feel free to email us for a shipping quote if you are an International bidder.

7) What form of payment does CarStuffetc accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, through PayPal only. We also accept United States Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Checks drawn on US Banks, and personal checks (US Banks Only).  All items are held until checks clear our bank.  (Usually 7-10 days)  We now accept BidPay for international bidders (domestic too).

8) Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on all items shipped to an address in Alabama.

9) Does CarStuffetc offer exchanges?
Yes.  We offer full credit (of the auction price) on exchanges of equal or greater value. Shipping charges are not refundable.  If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please contact us via e-mail within 30-days of the close of this auction.
