Terms of Warranty and delivery / Terminos de Garantía y Recepción

• Due to the perishable nature of live botanical specimens, our liability is strictly limited to a Live Arrival Guarantee. Any transit-related issues must be formally reported, including clear photographs of the plant within 24 hours of official delivery. Beyond this timeframe, no claims or liabilities will be accepted, as subsequent care, watering, and acclimatization remain outside our technical control. For any valid claim, returning the plant to our facilities is mandatory before a replacement or refund can be processed. Minor transit stress (such as the loss of an old leaf) is normal and not considered a defect.
