This is an antique hand painted tin vasculum probably by Marklin.  It is 12 x 5 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches.  The door has a painted view of a lake in the mountains.  A previous owner has written her name on the inside of the door.  See the last photos for a similar example in the Marklin catalogue.
