Shipping: We ship Monday through Friday and most Saturdays. Shipments are usually made the SAME DAY if payment is received by noon (Eastern Time); NEXT DAY if received after noon.

Refunds:You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus original shipping charges. If the item is defective we will replace it free of charge or give you a full refund including shipping. Opened software, Electronics, Audiobooks, CDs and DVDs are not returnable unless defective.
