Roland Mounting Hardware Kit for CY-5 hi-hat cymbal - Excellent Condition
This kit includes the four hard to find parts required to mount a Roland CY-5 cymbal on a pad mount's l-rod. They were removed from an MDS-3C stand and appear to be unused. These parts come with the Roland CY-5 when you buy one new or with a Roland set. But if you happen upon a used CY-5, you might not have these parts. The aluminum parts lock onto your pad mount with set screws. Then your cymbal is sandwiched between the two, between the custom cut felt washers, keeping the cymbal from spinning, and allowing you to adjust the amount of up and down waggle. If you have a CY-5 without these four parts, you'll have to get really creative to mount your CY-5 properly, and then it still won't be the same. So here's the answer. The set weighs just four ounces (packed), so shipping is cheap.
