This READY TO SHIP SKIRT comes with elastic waist and decorative bias hems, exactly as shown. This is very rare fabric & only available for a limited time while my supply lasts, skirt does include the 2 layer bias hem trims. The darling 3-layer Applique top is sold separately where customer can choose tank, short or long sleeves. Please Contact me if you would like the top added or are placing other orders here on ebay & would like it all combined, etc. I'm happy to work with you!
