Here is the opportunity to own this great Michigan Department of Conservation Affidavit For Duplicate Hunting Or Fishing License. The form was printed in 1953, but most the material I obtained was from the late 1950's to the early 1960's. It measures approximately 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and is unused.
It is in excellent unused condition. These materials came from the attic of an old country store that had sold licenses many years ago.
