How to use:

Put the Gopro camera into either Frame, Skeleton Housing or Waterproof Housing and connect the mount bar with the long thumbscrew.
Find a best roll bar (metal one is preferred) and put the mount bar on to there. Use the 2 short thumbscrew to hold securely.
