• The buyer is responsible for lost / damaged goods if the parcel was sent without tracking.

All our stock items are covered by the distance selling regulations.  This means you can return your product within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund.  For returns to be accepted, items must be in an unused, unopened condition and received back to base via ebays "Request a return" facility. Request MUST be asked for within 7 working days of dispatch.

In the unlikely event of an item going missing, please note we follow the rules as set out by the carrier.  Please read and understand, if you do not agree, please don't buy

We cannot accept a claim for loss unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (10 working days for Special Delivery™ items)

We cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe)  or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed since the item was posted

Only when the above timescales have passed can a replacement be sent.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT refund for lost/missing items, in order to comply with Royal Mails compensation procedures, we MUST send a replacement and forward proof before a compensation claim can be submitted

All Our complete Turbochargers and CHRAs carry a 12 month 12,000 warranty subject to terms and conditions

All parts are Guaranteed to be delivered without damage and in a New condition in the purpose they were designed for. Due to being able to have no control of  the condition of the surrounding/associated componants and that of all tolerances ,torque settings and balancing data being abided to, as well as user error etc, we cannot offer any warranty once the item is fitted or used.  All our parts are that which we use in our own reconditioning centre and are are often checked for quality.  We only use/supply parts that meet OE specifications and that are made to be fit for the purpose.  All work should be undertaken by a professional and any documentation received with your order with instructions MUST be followed in full. Your invoice is your Warranty.  We cannot accept warranty claims without your invoice.

All warranty returns must have a Warranty Returns number and associated forms completed and returned with return as well as any associated fees.

All return postage and costs incurred in relation to failure are to be covered by the buyer.

Warranty only covers the part purchased and does not cover costs incurred by said failure

6) UK dispatch address (not extras like duty to be stung with or massive delivery times
