GENUINE BLUE LAPIS & DIAMOND PENDANT
Recently acquired from an estate sale comes this genuine Blue Lapis and Diamond pendant crafted of solid 14 Karat yellow and white gold. The octagon-shaped pendant weighs 5.80 grams and measures 0.97" x 0.97" (25mm x 25mm), excluding the bail. It features a prong-set, round, cabochon-cut genuine Blue Lapis stone, which measures 22mm. The Lapis stone has a calcite line (please note that the white line is not a crack, but rather something that is found in naturally-mined Lapis stones). The area around the Lapis is encrusted with 28 genuine Diamonds, which are a combination of single-cut and full-cut. I estimate total Diamond weight to be approximately one carat (Diamonds are H color, SI clarity). This is a multi-toned gold pendant, as the area where the Diamonds are set is white gold and the rest of the pendant is yellow gold. Please note the white gold area is actual white gold, not rhodium-plated yellow gold. This pendant was handmade in two pieces.
