Receiver is responsiblefor any customs duty, vat, clearance charges, tax or any other feecharged by the destination country. In the event a return is necessary the following guidelines apply:

1. A Return authorization must be acquired within the 30 days following the purchase.
2. All tags must still be attached to the returned item.
3. The returned item may not be sized and may not have any signs of scratches or wear.
4. All manuals, warranty cards, and paperwork must be included in the return package in its original condition.
5. We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund, unless the item arrived in a defective condition.
6. If the above mentioned rules are not abided by we reserve the right to refuse the return/refund.
