For your protection, we do not accept returns on shoes. Capezio suggests ordering these 1 size larger than US ladies' street shoe size for women,  3 sizes larger than US street shoe size for men. 

All manufacturers use different sizing, and even different styles from the same manufacturer may have different sizing.  If you are not familiar with the fit of this particular shoe and need measurements, we can provide them for you.
