This is a new with tags, Vera Bradley bag. Brand new, tags still attached. The pattern is Desert Floral, which is retired, in brown, tan, turquoise, orange, red, black & white. The style is Iconic Tote, 22507-K17. Closes with a snap inside the top of the bag. Inside features 3 slip pockets on one side. One of those pockets is a charger pocket with a grommet leading to a hidden zipper pocket on the outside side seam. Inside there is another large slip pocket with a pen pocket on the opposite side.  Lined in coordinating  fabric. The bag measures 15" wide & 13" tall. The bottom measures 4.5" wide across the bottom.  Double  handle drop measures 12".  Cute!!!
