This is a Linnea Quigley book called SKIN. I have never unsealed it, so I can only assume it contains a series of her movie stills. The cover looks like some badly stitched together skin, as from a horror film, so it may be safe to assume some photos inside may be gory. There is a signed nude photo included, numbered 16 out of 500, also sealed inside with the book. Softcover almost coffee table sized 14 by 10 inch publication. There is a list price on the back cover of $25, with Draculina Publishing mark. Ships at 2 pounds.
