Up for auction is a Vintage CT&E US Army Signal Corps Model TP-6-A Desk Telephone also known as the "Toaster Phone" because of it's unique shape.  The Telephone has been updated with a dialer and modular line cord so it can be used on a regular analog telephone line.  The Telephone has a metal case painted black with a wiring schematic on the base (see picture).   This Telephone is in very good condition and was part of a large telephone collection that I recently acquired.
