Capture the whimsy of the 1970s in this stunning ensemble. A black pleated, ruffled blouse is done in a sheer Chiffon fabric and has matching Palazzo pants! What a great outfit for clubbing, beach parties or even dress it up for an affair! The sheer fabric is a bit risqué but will certainly have the “WOW” factor! The blouse is a wrap-around style and is crowned with a fan-pleat ruffle collar. The sleeves are slightly exaggerated and gather in a ruffle at the wrist. The black palazzo pants are full, complementing the small waist! The pants have a zipper in the back.
