PAYMENTS

• Payment methods are shown in the "Shipping and Payments" section. Payment detailed instructions will be sent automatically after purchase.
• Items sent from the same store (see "Item location") can be grouped into just one shipment, asking the seller for the total amount before closing eBay checkout and complete the payment. In this way, any shipping costs will be calculated at the minimum.
• Payment must be sent within 4 days after purchase on eBay, after this period a "Unpaid item case" will be open to get back sale commissions, according to eBay rules. In the event of purchase by mistake buyer must immediately contact us, asking for sale cancellation.
• Orders will be considered executive from the date of actual payment receipt.

SHIPMENTS

• Any shipping costs are shown in eBay "Shipping and Payments" section.
• International shipments costs may be obtained using the proper eBay calculation tool, entering the destination country. For all destinations without calculated costs, buyer may contact our Customer Service to receive updated rates.
• Delivery to any remote or disadvantaged areas may lead to an increase of costs by the courier, than specified in this listing. In this case the customer will be notified in advance before shipment.
• Orders will be processed within the times stated in "Handling (or Dispatch) Times". Buyers must always check handling time stated by the seller before making their purchase.
• Expected delivery date shown by eBay is purely indicative. In particular periods, such as August and December or on occasions of strikes and bad weather, delivery services may be delayed. Seller is not responsible for any delays or inconveniences of the courier or postal service.
• Tracking code will be placed in eBay at shipment, allowing the buyer to follow his parcel.
• For all PayPal payments, shipments will be done to the confirmed address only. Buyers who need delivery to a different destination must enter in PayPal the alternate address in advance and select it during checkout.
• We warmly recommend you to carefully check all shipping information in eBay or PayPal, to avoid possible misunderstandings due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please always provide a valid phone number. We will not be responsible for any problems in shipment due to wrong address or addressee absence.
• For shipments by couriers, we can not delivery to P.O. Box and other mailboxes.
• We also recommend to ALWAYS add the words "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the waybill before signing it, even if the package is in perfect condition. Buyer have to check product condition and its full functionality within 24 hours from receipt and contact us immediately in case of problems.

International Buyers – Please Note:

• This item is sold TAX FREE from Italy. Buyers may be subject by import duties and taxes: these charges are at buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding or buying.
• Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
• We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
• Users who purchase within the European Community have to pay the Italian VAT(22%), which will be added manually to the total amount in the eBay invoice.

TAX DOCUMENTS

• To all Private customers we will issue a regular tax receipt upon italian tax rules. The buyer can request a copy of it via email as a valid document for the manufacturer warranty.
• VAT holders may require commercial invoice with separate VAT sending their data via eBay or direct email.
• Foreign companies located in the European Community may require to pay VAT-exempt only if regularly registered at VIES.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS

• Item conditions are stated on eBay under "Condition", just below the main title.
• All product information and images published in our listings are provided directly by the manufacturer. We disclaim all responsibility for any unwanted errors or any small differences made by the manufacturer without notice.
• Images shown may slightly differ from the actual product, due to photo settings (lights and color corrections), monitor and computer's graphics card.
• Products to be connected to the mains 230V can be fitted with italian standard plug  type L (CEI 23-16 / VII) or with German standard type F or F / E "Schuko" (CEE 7/4 or CEE 7/7). For use with different standard sockets it may be necessary an adapters.

• All new products sold in our eBay listings are under 24 months manufacturer's warranty (12 months for VAT holders).
• Used or refurbished products are under seller's warranty of 3, 6 or 12 months, as stated in the listing.
• Products stated as "For parts or not working" are sold "as is" without any warranty.
• In case of item's failure occurring under warranty period, buyer must contact us as soon as possible, describing the fault in details. For all issues not fixable at a distance and in the absence of a nearby authorized service center, we will send detailed instructions to return the item.
• Returned product will be carefully checked and if a defect of origin will be found, it will be repaired under warranty or replaced with another product equal or equivalent in value and characteristics. If the repair will be not possible and a replacement product will not be available, the buyer will receive a credit of equal value, net of shipping costs that will remain at his charge.
• The warranty does not cover faults caused by accident (falls or bumps) and misuse of the product.
• Buyer shall in no way refuse to return a product for which he ask for seller warranty repair. All costs and risks for item's return are at buyer's charge.
• Buyer can always avail of the "Right of Withdrawal" within 14 days from receipt of the product, according to "Return Policies" stated on eBay.
