Auch bei Edelstahl kommt es im Laufe der Zeit zu oberflächlicher Korrosion. Dies ist normal. Durchrostungen, Beulen und Kratzer, die nicht nur oberflächlich sind, werden in der Zustandsbeschreibung erwähnt. General remarks about exhausts: A rusty surface, especially at the bottom and inner side are often normal, even stainless steel will show slight corrosion at the surface. If rust has caused holes, we will mention it in the condition description, as well as dents and heavier scratches.

F: Wieso sind die Versandkosten so hoch? Bei xyz kostet ein Paket doch nur 4,90 Euro. Und andere Händler nehmen nur 3,90 Euro Versandkosten.
A: Versandkosten sind, wie der Name schon sagt, Kosten. Diese werden von unseren Anbietern und nicht von uns bestimmt. Neben den Paketgebühren gehören dazu auch Kosten für Kartons, Füllmaterial, die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Beteiligung am dualen System und natürlich auch der Arbeitslohn für unsere Versandkräfte.
Sicherlich könnten auch wir auch die Versandkosten niedriger angeben, als sie für uns tatsächlich sind. Diese müssten wir dann im Artikelpreis "verstecken". Nehmen wir an, Sie kaufen 10 Artikel bei uns, und in jedem Artikelpreis wären 3,00 Euro Versandkosten "versteckt". Dann würden Sie zusätzlich zum eigentlichen Artikelpreis 30,00 Euro "versteckte" Versandkosten bezahlen. Bei "kostenlosem Versand" sähe es noch schlimmer aus. Wahrscheinlich ist das nicht das, was Sie wirklich möchten. Unser Tip: Vergleichen Sie immer Endpreise inkl. Versandkosten. Dazu hilft in der ebay- Suche die Sortierreihenfolge "Preis inkl. A: No, sorry for that. All parts can only be sold as decribed and offered. 

Q: The shipping cost is too high for me. A small parcel by xyz should only cost half that price. And other dealers do only charge half that shipping cost.
A: Shipping cost as the name tells us is cost. Cost is not influenced by us, but by our shipping partners and material providers. Besides transport, this also covers boxes, filling materials, legal requirements (believe me: Germany is full of legal requirements that do not exist in any other part of the world), and wages for our packing crew.
Of course, we also could reduce shipping cost and rise item prices instead. But imagine if each item would have 3,00 Euro "hidden" shipping cost. This would mean that besides the item price itself you pay 30 Euros of hidden shipping cost when you buy 10 items. If we would offer free shipping, this would be even worse. We do not believe that this is really what you want. We recommend you to compare and calculate always the total price including shipping cost before you buy.
