    Payment

    We accept Paypal as our main method of payment but please be aware that you can opt to pay through Paypal with a normal credit or debit card. Customer Services are unable to take payment over the telephone for eBay orders.

    Returns

    You are able to return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, but the item must be unopened and in its original packaging. We recommend you contact our Customer Services team on 0800 612 4530 to obtain a returns number and advice on how to send the item back to us.

    Shipping

    We aim to deliver within 48 hours of receiving your order subject to cleared funds having been received through Paypal however please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery. If an item is not in stock, which is very rare as our stock levels are maintained on a 4 hourly basis, the Customer Services team will call to advise you.
