  • The above Shipping charges enable us to ensure that your purchase is delivered safely and in a timely manner. The costs incurred cover shipping, handling, tracking, and insurance.

Shipping:

  • Data Tech can ship via Federal Express, UPS, Airborne, United States Postal Service or a variety of air shipping companies.  Let us know which delivery service you prefer and we will get shipping rates for you.
  •  We WILL NOT ship to P.O. Boxes!
  •  International customers, please email us for special instructions PRIOR to bidding.
  •  We ship out the item(s) 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment

Warranty:

  •  AS/400 equipment is fully tested, packed and complete..  
  •  All Sales Are Final.
  •  Items sold with 30 day warranty.
  •  Items sold are eligible for IBM Maintenance Agreement unless otherwise specified.

Returns:

If a warranty product is found to be defective, or you receive the wrong product, you must notify Data Tech by telephone within 3 days of delivery at (770) 772-0200, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, EST.

  • Products with compatibility issues may not be returned. Please educate yourself as to what your are purchasing prior to bidding.  Feel free to contact us prior to bidding if you have any specific requirements, configurations or technical questions.
  • Return merchandise must be packed in the original shipping material with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • All Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA date.
  • Freight on all returns must be PREPAID.

In order to return a product to DataTech, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from your salesperson. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box being returned. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused and will therefore cause a delay in processing your return and credit.

Damages:

If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us by telephone within 3 business days of delivery. Call (770-772-0200, M-F 9am – 5pm EST. Data Tech will promptly file a damage claim on your behalf.  To insure quick claim processing be sure to note shipping damage on receiving documents.  Data Tech is not responsible for shipping damage.

  • Data Tech. reserves the right to cancel any order when a credit card has been declined.
  • Payments not received within 2 days of the close of an auction will be cancelled.
  • Items shown in photographs may not fully reflect the item sold. Rely on the description text only.
  • Computer systems may contain new, refurbished, used or factory-renewed components.
  • Refurbished monitors sold alone or with a computer system may have slight screen burn, but are otherwise guaranteed to be in good working condition.
  • All returns require an RMA number. Returns without proper authorization or sent freight collect will be rejected. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
