Doll's house children deserve wonderful toys to play with...

This sweet little toy doll is handmade in china-painted porcelain. She measures a diminutive 1  3/4" tall and has jointed arms and legs.

She is dressed in shades of beautiful soft apricot. 

To achieve this shade I dyed the silks by hand.

Her costume comprises

• White silk underwear
• White cotton lace petticoat
• Vintage lace socks
• Apricot silk shoes with matching leather soles
• Drop-waisted apricot silk dress with pleated skirt, bodice with elbow length puffed sleeves, variegated silk ribbon buds & bows front to bodice, and wide apricot silk sash which ties at the back with a large bow.
• Chestnut brown hair is swept up from her face and tied at the back of her head, with a ringlet curl cascading over her shoulder.
• She has a pretty little bonnet made from silk buds & bows which match her dress.

She is number #022 and comes in a black box with illustrated lid, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, signed by the artisan Sandra Morris.
