6. Buyers Inspection: Fast Lane Classic Cars has done its best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Fast Lane Classic Cars welcomes a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.
7. Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is." Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. No representations or warranties are made by the seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.
8. Taxes and Registration Fees: Out-of-state buyers are responsible for all state, county, and city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state where the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full for the vehicle to be titled and registered.
9. Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases, there is a delay in receiving the original documents, up to 21 days from the time we pay off the vehicle. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks, we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
10. Shipping & Delivery:
    1. All shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. Fast Lane Classic Cars will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible for claims arising from shipping damage.
    2. Licensed carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. Shipping arrangements are provided by Fast Lane Classic Cars as a courtesy, but we are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper.
    3. Delivery time depends on the carrier, typically 5-7 days after the vehicle is picked up from our facility. Verify with the shipper for an estimated time of arrival.
11. Finalizing your Purchase:
    1. Fast Lane Classic Cars will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes.
    2. The successful high bidder MUST communicate with Chris at Fast Lane Classic Cars by email or phone (636) 940-9969 within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
    3. To secure the bid, the buyer must send a $2,000 deposit by credit card, cash in person, or bank certified funds within 24 hours of bid closing. The balance must be paid within 72 hours by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified funds.
    4. The buyer must email a copy of their State-issued valid Driver License when sending the initial deposit. Before the vehicle is shipped, all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned to the seller.
