This is a Tonka C-130 Hercules cargo Aircraft in White and Red Marked Tonka Coast Guard.  It is made of plastic and is highly detailed, note the markings.  It is about 3 3/4  inches long and has a wing span of about 4 inches.  I bought this as part of a job lot and it is in good condition, but has lost none propeller.  The coin in the picture is a Dime to show just how small this item is.
