• Free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $50

• For all orders placed Australia wide we offer a flat rate shipping of $9.50.

• Domestic orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days* via Startrack express couriers.

• Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

• Signature required on delivery. 

• Authorisation to leave can be requested during checkout, however, Startrack reserves the right to not leave the parcel. 

• Purebaby is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.

International Deliveries

• Flat rate shipping of $19.95 for international orders (excluding customs duties/tax).

• International orders will be dispatched within 5-7 business days* via DHL couriers.

• • Depending on the destination some International orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax fee payable by the receiver. Please be mindful of this if purchasing as a gift.

• We cannot mark international orders as a gift or lower value in attempt to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
