Any purchase that does not please you may be returned within 10 days for refund of the purchase price, less E-bay sales fees. (Shipping costs are not refunded for voluntary returns). WRITE within 10 days to let us know the item is coming. All refunds are made via Paypal.

Damaged shipments

We pack your purchases for safe shipment, and expect them to arrive without incident. However, if an item is lost or broken in shipment, we will refund your full purchase amount plus shipping. provided 1) you provide evidence of the damage and 2) cooperate in recovering insurance coverage from the shipper. In general, you will need to return damaged merchandise to the post office. Please contact us immediately for instructions if a shipment arrives broken.

Lost and Delayed shipments

Being stamp dealers, we normally ship via USPS. First class mail usually arrives in 5 to 10 days, parcel post may require up to 30 days to arrive. We require purchase of delivery confirmation on most shipments because we have found that marked packages travel faster and more reliably. Nevertheless, a few shipments do get lost. The USPS does not accept claims on lost packages for 30 days, and we also do not process claims for lost merchandise until 30 days after shipping.

Other refunds

We take care to describe every item carefully. However, we are no more perfect than anyone else. If we sell you an item that is not as labeled or otherwise does not fit its description, we refund your purchase price and all your costs, or if you prefer, provide other suitable recompense. Our objective is satisfied customers.
