Payments must be made immediately on Buy It Now listings, and as soon as possible for Auctions. We reserves the right to cancel any listing which is not paid within a reasonable time.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note that you are responsible for all taxes, duties and related fees. If an item is returned due to non payment of taxes, duties or fees, it will be treated as a return and shipping costs will be deducted from the return.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return request, please send us a message and we'll provide a pre-paid shipping label.

To better service our customers and offer a more user friendly approach to the returns process, we offer "Free Returns" whereas the returning customer is not required to spend any additional money up front when returning the product.

Please note however this is not intended to mean that you can buy and return something scott free of any cost to you, leaving the seller with all of the costs. Initial and return shipping costs will be deducted from most returns at the discretion of the seller. Seller reserves the right to retain up to 20% of the purchase price in restocking fees to cover labor, overhead, and related expenses.

If a product is returned damaged or in a condition other than which it was sent, seller reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the refund amount.

If a buyer is found to have opened a return under a falsified (aka fraudulent) reason, buyer may be subject to 50% restocking fee, lose their rights to further purchases, or forfeit of their refund.
