We only accept Paypal
Please make sure your PayPal Account is verified before paying with PayPal. Otherwise your payment will come through as an eCheque which may take 3-5 days to clear in our PayPal account. We will only process your order once payment has been confirmed in our account. Please check with PayPal to find out how to verify your account.

Pick up is not available with PayPal payments. Purchases must be delivered with signature on delivery in order for the seller to be covered by PayPal's protection policies. Parcels can only be delivered to the address stated on PayPal so please ensure that your delivery address is correct before making the payment.

If the customer doesn't have a PayPal account and want to pay with credit card, you can still pay by PayPal. eBay can direct you to the PayPal payment page and you just need to provide your credit card details to make the payment.

Change of Mind Returns

We are happy to accept a return for a refund provided that the item is still kept in the original sealed packaging. If the item has been used or opened, we cannot accept a return. The customer is responsible for the return freight. 

Warranty Returns

All hardware is covered by manufacturer warranty. The customer must notify us immediately if the item is faulty on arrival or within 30 days of purchase. The customer must return the item in its original condition, with full packaging and proof of purchase with no physical damage. Once the item is approved, we will issue a replacement or the item to be repaired or refund at the seller's discretion. If an item is returned as faulty but found not to have a manufacturing fault (i.e. software issue) or if a fault has developed as a result of accident, neglect or misuse, no exchange or refund will be permitted.

How To Return

Please contact us through Ebay before returning an item. In all cases, goods must be received before the refunds are given. We'll email you once our warehouse receives the item. You can expect your refund to be processed within 48 hours of us confirming we have received the item. You will receive an email confirming your return has been received and a refund has been processed. 

We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning merchandise. We strongly advise customers to purchase signature on delivery for all returns.
