some of the biggest names of the 1930s and 1940s, including Judy Garland, Betty Grable,

Edward G. Robinson, Sonja Henie, Alice Faye, Frank Capra and George Stevens. 

His

second of four wives was American singer/actress Marie "The Body" McDonald.
