RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are more than happy to offer
Zero-Hassle item cost Refunds &
Exchanges provided the item is
returned at the buyers expense
within 7 days from receipt.
Items must be returned in the same
condition as supplied (unused) with
original tags & labels. Please avoid
using deodorants and perfumes when
trying the items on as this could
affect your eligibility for a refund
or exchange.
For all damages, wrong deliveries or
other valid reasons (e.g. Item
received does not match the listing
details) we freely offer Refunds &
Exchanges
incl. the original Post & Packaging
charges, provided the item is
returned within 7 days from receipt.
All refunds will be issued
via PayPal, unless requested
otherwise. Please note occasionally
when payments are sent through
PayPal, the funds are received
instantly but during busy intervals
it may take 1 to 2 working hours
before you finally receive the
funds.
