Our range of Adax NEO Electric Convector Panel Heaters are contemporary, elegant and slim line and make a feature to any roomset. The Adax NEO stylng was rewarded winning a prestigous award in Design excellence in Idustrial Design.
The product has been designed and manufactured with functionality and the environment in mind. The convection heat deisgn provides super efficient heat up times, quickly transfering your room from cold to warm.
The heaters have a built in automatic day & night temperature reduction which saves 25% energy on running costs. (Running costs are greatly reduced due to the functionality of the Adax NEO with "cutback" & "comfort" modes reducing energy consumption at different user programmed periods of the day or night)
The temperature range is 6 to 30 degrees with a safety cut out feature and a maximum surface temperature of 75 degrees.
The Adax NEO electric panel heater has a clear LED display showing an accurate current running temperature. A red LED display when illuminated shows the element is working. The temperature of the room is measured every minute so the Adax NEO heater can immediately provide more or less heat depending on the programmed desired temperatute.
The Adax NEO’s are easy to install with detachable brackets and full instructions and mounting templates. The panel heaters can be hard wired into a fused spur or simply pluged into a wall socket. The NEO's are fitted with a 3 pin plug supplied on the end of the 1m length white cable which is situated on the rear, right hand side of the unit when looking at the panel heater,

1. Returns due to courier damage
Upon delivery of your item you must inspect the packaging carefully before signing for it. If you find any signs of damage then you must refuse the item (do not sign for it), and contact us on (01492) 573738 for further instructions. If there is no visible damage to the packaging and you have signed for the item, you must open the box and inspect the product for damage within 24 hours of receipt for any signs of damage in transit. We can only refund or exchange courier damaged items within 24 hours of receipt due to the courier insurance policy. We are NOT liable to refund or exchange if you do not comply with this instruction.
2. Return due to fault
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. In the first instance you must email us full details of your order and the nature of the fault, together with photographic evidence (if visible) and your contact details (including eBay user ID). The goods must be returned in their original packaging with all relevant parts included. If no replacement is required and the fault is confirmed, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
3. Returns due to cancellation of order
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 14 days of receiving your goods and for a full refund excluding cost of delivery charge / collection charge providing you take reasonable care of goods whilst they are in your possession and return the goods (unopened, unused and unfitted).
If you would like to return the goods you have received you may do so but this must be within 14 days from the date you received the goods. It is from this time we have 30 days to reimburse your funds but in most cases we can refund within a week. We are not in breach of contract until this time has elapsed and will not absorb the cost of returned items.
Exceptions of the right to cancel your order relate to products that have been custom made to the specification of the consumer and/or clearly personalised to a special specification.
To cancel you can email, telephone or write to us within 14 days of your receiving your items.
4. Missing Parts
If any parts of your order or product are missing, this must be reported to NWT Direct within 7 days of receipt of order. Notification of missing parts over 7 days from the date you sign for the products will not be accepted.
