We pride ourselves in our shipping ability. We do our best to package up your purchased item for shipping to prevent any damage from occurring during shipping. We have a shipping department full of custom designed boxes, proper padding machines, shock absorbing pads and more to try and ensure the safest delivery of your items. Occasionally items will need to have a custom box or freight pallet made and may slightly delay the expedient shipping of your item.

• We ship by FedEx, UPS, USPS, and regional freight/LTL carriers.
• Items shipped by freight MUST be shipped to a business with a dock or forklift access; otherwise, liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply.
• IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS, we can ship to a local freight terminal for pickup which is a simple and easy process. Terminal will simply call you when freight is ready for pickup and go get it. We can ship to your home, but additional delivery fees apply which can range from $75 to $200 or more depending on location/carrier
• Please refer to eBay for our handling/shipping times, however most items ship the next business day after payment; Items shipping by freight will need 1-2 days to prepare properly for shipment. Items paid for on the weekend or holidays ship on the following business day. All of our items are pulled from vehicles already and ready to ship.
• Any free shipping we offer is for the continental United States only. If you are from Hawaii, Alaska, or a Territory of the United States, please request a shipping total before bidding and we will do our best to keep the cost low.
• International Shipping is Available for most items. Please contact us for specific needs. We have the ability to ship large items by pallet as well
• If your item shows lost in transit or delivered but you cannot find the package, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. If you have had a history of packages being taken and would like to add signature delivery or other services to your order, please contact us before ordering to have it added to the order for an additional fee. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery location. All items with a value of $750 or more will be required to be signed for. 
• Local pickup option also available in Wausau WI and are able to transfer parts for pickup in Tampa FL at times.

• Pay on pickup (cash and major credit cards) available for orders placed for local pickup

• All parts can be returned at the buyer's expense within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
• Items found to be defective will be exchanged when possible. We do not cover ANY labor costs, programming, or other expenses.
