  • Q. Is the filter re-useable and re-washable? If so, how do I keep it clean?
    A. Yes. The filter is re-useable and re-washable. Buyer can use the water or filter cleaning agent to clean it. We recommend buyer to clean the filter at least once a month.
  • Q. Why the heat shield is important to the short ram air intake?
    A. Most of the Short Ram Air Intake is a traditional, underhood intake system that is placed in the stock location of the factory air-box system. Therefore, the hot air coming out from the engine would eventually be going back to the air filter and into the engine, for which basically make the air intake system inefficient. The heat shield setup can prevent the air filter sucking the hot air coming out from the engine and increase the performance relatively.
