Corning PureForm Low-Loss Dispersion Compensation Module ( DCM ) is a proven and widely accepted method for counteracting the effects of chromatic dispersion in long haul communications system, cable TV AM video link, and long reach metro networks.

This module provides broadband compensation over the 40km conventional erbium passband in long haul communication systems and high data rate DWDM systems , etc, operating in the 1525 nm to 1565 nm wavelength range.
