We prefer to accept payment by PayPal as it is fast and secure for both buyer and seller. We can also take most major credit and debit card payments over the phone during office hours and also accept personal cheque, postal order and bank transfers. There will be an additional charge should you wish to pay via cheque or bank transfer, please contact us prior to purchase for current charges. Any credit or debit card payments taken in person or over the phone will be subject to a minimum transaction of £25 or a charge of £2 will be applied to cover our costs. |

| We always ship within 24 hours of payment during weekdays and on a Monday for all orders placed over the weekend. We will always advise if an item is not going to be dispatched within this time frame. We can only ship to the exact address on the paying PayPal account. This cannot be changed after purchase due to PayPal and eBay rulings so please contact us prior to purchase if this may be an issue. Most items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked delivery. This normally delivers within 48 hours of us dispatching but it is not a guaranteed timed service and the odd one does take up to 14 days to deliver. Please be aware that we cannot start any claims for missing or lost items with Royal Mail until 14 days has passed from our dispatch date. If you need your items guaranteed then contact us first to get a quote for courier delivery. Items going outside of the UK can take up to 28 days to deliver but normally arrive within 5-14 days depending on exact location. Some bulkier or more expensive items will be sent using a courier service automatically - this is via a 48 hour guaranteed delivery using DHL or similar courier service. Please also note that our back office dispatch software does not always mark items as sent in eBay even though they have been dispatched. Our postage and packaging charge includes handling and packing fees, cost of packaging materials used, software, warehousing and staff costs as well as the actual postage costs and will vary depending upon weight of the shipment. Shipping discounts can be arranged for multiple orders, but please contact us prior to ordering to arrange this and get the best price. Your item will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect more fragile objects.
