Lost and Delayed shipments Back to Top Being stamp dealers, we normally ship via USPS. First class mail usually arrives in 5 to 10 days, parcel post may require up to 30 days to arrive. We require purchase of insurance or delivery confirmation on most shipments because we have found that marked packages travel faster and more reliably. Nevertheless, a few shipments do get lost. The USPS does not accept claims on lost packages for 30 days, and we also do not process claims for lost merchandise until 30 days after shipping.
