This buy-it-now item is for a set of extended brake lines to go with our widening kits (or for any other reason you need longer brake lines). 

These racing brake lines eliminate the "T" fitting in the middle and a dedicated brake line goes from the master cylinder on the handlebar directly to each brake hub.  This results in more consistent braking and more flexibility for routing the lines.
